Job Description:
Responsible for all
safety aspects at the site, including Safety Walks in the field;
Responsible for all QC
activity on site, performing QC Assessments of work by Technicians;
Responsible for data collection, work order processing, and summary reports;
Responsible for providing general supervision & development of all employees at the site;
Use technical knowledge and experience to optimize site performance;
Determine daily schedules and assignments for work activities, including execution;
Manage on site technicians, including contractors;
Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance;
Monitor tool and part inventories;
Investigate accidents and injuries, and prepare reports of findings;
Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, improvements, and discharges;
Determine and manage maintenance schedules;
Communicate daily activities to the customer through daily, weekly, monthly reports;
Conduct themselves in a professional manner;
Provides guidance, training and direction to subordinates, including setting site and individual goals, and performance standards;
Create and complete Service Orders and Purchase Requisitions
Act in the long-term interest of the customer
