About Company:
We have laid down our foundation as an electric vehicle startup to leap into the future. We are based out of Mumbai and have the aim to revolutionize the way people own, travel, and share vehicles. We aim to solve their mobility issues and hence, we would be venturing into the micro-mobility market and next-gen future vehicle technologies soon. We are working on an application development assignment for an electric vehicle startup based out of Mumbai.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understanding different types of the manufacturing process for mechanical parts
2. Designing and testing the chassis and other subsystems for the scooter in CAD & CAE
3. Manufacturing the chassis and parts in-house and through suppliers
4. Measuring and analyzing various parts on the assembly of chassis components to solve for assembly related issues
5. Designing and manufacturing jigs and fixtures to test the chassis, sub-assemblies, and parts
6. Working on thermal analysis and simulation of mechanical and electrical components
7. Working on mopeds dynamics and simulation
8. Improving the quality of the vehicle through various optimization and weight reduction strategies
