Required Skills (Mechanical Design Engineer):
1. Design and Development of Capital machines (Preferred: CNC Thermal cutting machine or Machine tool industry)
2. Experience in CAD tools (Preferred: SolidWorks)
3. Experience in PDM/PLM Tools (Preferred: SolidWorks PDM)
4. Experience in FEA tools (Preferred: SolidWorks)
5. Experience in Concept design and Engineering calculations.
6. Knowledge to create / understand Engineering drawings and documents.
7. Capability to collaborate designs with Engg. groups/CFTs etc
8. Basic knowledge in Industrial Design
Required Skills
(Electrical Design Engineer):
1. Sound electrical engineering basics (vital)
2. Hands-on experience in E-plan (Vital)
3. Designing control panel circuit, GA drawing and developing BOM for complete products (Vital)
4. Understanding the operating logic of control panel. Expertise in controllers and HMI operations. (Vital)
5. Proficient in system level understanding of Electro-Mechanical sub systems (Servo motors, Sensors, PTC etc.)
6. Familiar with electrical standard that is being followed in CNC machines (CSA, ISO, DIN, CE, IEC and SIL etc.)
