About the internship:
This position will be responsible to provide setup and startup of Hardware and Software for the PLCProgramming, HMI Graphics, Variable Frequency Drives, SCADA Designing Control and Communications Networksand other miscellaneous Hardware and Software (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Mechanical).
INTERNSHIP TRAINEE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Program and Troubleshoot major brands of PLC like Siemens, Delta, Omron Etc,. Modify existing programs from customer requirements. Select and configure PLC and other automation devices, such as SENSORS & VFD for Automation/control.
Provide guidance to Electrical and Electronics Technicians in Programming, Troubleshooting, Installation andmaintenance of PLC systems. Work with customers and suppliers to define equipment specifications, resolve Fabrication issues, resolveQuality issues.
Handling the different tools used to complete the Automation process. Implementation of Design and Layout using SCADA and HMI. Study and implementation of Communication interfaces between Automation Equipments.(Ethernet, etc,.) Perform all other duties, as assigned
