Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment under the supervision of CEO and Director.
- Administering the employment process including documentation, on-boarding activity, HR administration, people management and payroll practices.
- Handles multiple tasks efficiently and organize work to meet deadlines within time.
- Regularly interact with the employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
- Regularly follow-up with the clients on the work progress and have everything filed up for further reference.
Required qualifications:
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field with at least 2 years or experience in US IT Recruitment & Staffing.
- Extensive knowledge on US Taxation, Immigration, Contract Agreements, Purchase Orders/Statement of Work and various revenue terms.
- Should work in Night Shifts (US Timings) from 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST
- Proficiency in working with MS Office tools especially, Excel.
- Good knowledge in using Google apps like Drive, Sheets, Forms and Meets.
- Good Knowledge in using various documentation formats like Adobe, DocuSign etc.,
- Excellent Oral and Verbal communication skills.
- Quick responsive and time management skills.
