Job description:
Monitoring of solar materials take off, module mounting structures and modules erection activities.
Planning & scheduling of MMS installing activities according to work front requirements.
Preparation and assessment of daily progress report and protocol.
Responsible for ensuring personnel comply with standards, Environment, Health, Safety at site, regulation & specification.
Creating maintenance procedure.
Co-ordination for making Quality and Safety plan.
Responsible for complete testing and troubleshooting of solar energy systems to ensure it is working appropriately.
Inspect physical installation (wiring, connections and mechanical conditions).
Updating seniors on various issues about project regularly and follow up on instruction accordingly.
Mobilization of manpower resources as per the work scope.
Supervising maintenance and technical staffs.
Ability to guide the team from estimating, management and scheduling skills to complete the project.
Should have good knowledge of solar installation & commissioning process.
Must have excellent knowledge of installations of Photovoltaic (PV) Solar and Solar Thermal Systems to ensure conformance to codes.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Submits site daily reports, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis to the head office.
