Job Description: Thorough understanding of the process and requirements for grid connection.Thorough understanding of Power Systems Modeling guidelines.Proficient in PSS/E and PowerFactory software toolsAbove average understanding of PSCAD.High level of written and verbal communication.Power System Modelling and analysis including dynamic RMS and EMT type assessments and studies.Industrial network studies including protection and arc flash studies.Transmission and distribution network planning.Development of advanced power system monitoring solutions.Renewable generation connection studies and compliance testing.Development of dynamic controller models in PowerFactory, PSCAD, and/or PSS/E software.Dynamic stability simulations and analysis
