Role and Responsibilities:
1. Candidate must have a minimum qualification of Diploma and or Bachelor's Degree in Civil.
2. Cadidate must have minimum of 2-15 years relevant experience in the industry.
3. Candidate must have sound knowledge in executing RCC works.(High Rise construction preferable)
3. Studying drawings and Executing works at site as per the drawings and specifications.
4. Maintaining direct relation with the contractor and labour at site, directing and overseeing all the construction activities.
5. Inspecting the works, maintaining the quality as per the standards.
6. Checking reinforcement and maintaining pour cards and concrete batch sheets.
7. Ensuring safety at site and proper usage of materials.
8. Following schedule and completing all the activities before targeted dates.
