Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identifying customer requirements
• Reading design specifications and technical drawings;
• Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines within the company.
• Should be aware about material forecasting & labour forecasting.
• Coordinating with engineers, Accounts, Purchase & Admin for smooth operation & completion of project.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and others in the design team
• Attending meetings on site
• Designing and conducting tests
• Recording, analysing and interpreting test data
• Proposing modifications and retesting products
• Satisfactorily handing over the project with all snag attended.
• Coordinate and ensure submittal of project closeout documentation.
• Managing & maintaining site expenses and Cash flow statements for the projects.
• Maintaining & preparing running Invoice, Final invoice, as built document.
