Role and Responsibilities:
Civil Engineers with experience in AutoCAD drafting. Should be capable of planning, drafting, preparing of detailed drawings, site survey, have knowledge of local statutory norms (GHMC / HMDA / DTCP), associated norms, and preparing basic design/estimation calculations of residential buildings of villas/apartments/malls / it parks with in-depth knowledge of VAASTHU. Must be able to either independently prepare conceptual or construction drawings, and coordinate with external agencies like planning consultants, site staff, contractors, etc.
