Submission of monthly RA Bills to client/ pmc and getting timely certification.
Preparing non tendered and derived items and getting them certified by cost consultant and client.
Cost Estimation and budgeting for various activities apart from BOQ in SAP.
Reconciliation for major construction materials like concrete, reinforcement, steel etc
. Projecting monthly work done statement for revenue generation.
Preparing CTC for the project quarterly.
Certifying bills submitted by NSCs and coordination with client and NSCs for work to progress within time frame and costing as per the contract clause specified.
Certifying and processing vendor monthly bills in SAP based on work executed for the month. Processing of work orders based on the comparative statement and issuing to the vendor.
Monitoring and controlling monthly labour cost variance.
Monitoring project cash flow, P & L statement.
Assist in project close-out activities associated with cost and contractual issues.
Experience in vendor negotiations, rate analysis and issuing work orders in SAP.
Experience in contractual claim and Variations.
Good communication, adaptability, positive mindset and learning attitude.
