Job Description
Reporting into the Head of EPC and managing a team of 15 engineers, he/she will be responsible for:

- Developing processes, standards, tools and templates for solar photovoltaic system designs to address site-specific requirements using AutoCAD, Sketchup, PV syst and other design tools
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders during all phases of project evaluation and development
- Conducting site visits to project sites during project execution and resolving issues during execution
- Guiding team to create Bills of Materials for estimating purposes and supporting business development with system costing
- Understanding on design aspects and regulatory requirements of 33/132/230kV evacuation networks
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and overcoming obstacles to successfully meet project milestones
- Adopting necessary document control measures to manage internal and external design documentation
- Understanding of good engineering practices, construction logistics, material and labor costs to optimize designs for large scale ground mount solar plants and commercial and industrial rooftop systems
- Assisting development team, construction team and operations team with design-related questions
